FEATURES:
This adhesive has a bonding feature, which is activated by heat or solvents. Once activated the adhesive bonds turn to turn windings into a compact self supporting coil.

 

General cautions:
1 Double check the wire information on the lable before using;
2 Care should be taken not to damage the wire surface;
3 Keep away from metalic dust, high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight;

 

Advantage:
By making the micrograph of the section of the test coil, it can be observed that the interturns of the self-adhesive enameled wire coil are firmly glued together after forming.Because of composite self-adhesive coating enameled wire is heated, its outer layer can melt solidification painting, the turn-to-turn bonding layer permeability interact with each other, each other to make wire surface more viscous layer coating, there is no obvious adhesion interface between conductor, it also reduce wire bonding between the parts of stress concentration, to enhance the bond strength.
