Composition and reaction mechanism of self-adhesive direct welding paint:
1),polyester resin, in order to ensure both self-adhesive direct welding, and a certain physical, mechanical and electrical insulation properties, the introduction of ether chain in the polyester molecule, so that the molecular chain has flexibility, and control the resin has a certain hydroxyl, so that crosslinking curing, reaction mechanism with polyester paint. 2), closed polyurethane resin, containing closed isocyanate base and polyurethane resin with a certain hydroxyl group, so that the film not only has direct weldability, but also can cross link curing in the self-adhesive process, reaction mechanism is the same as polyurethane paint. 3) ,Self-adhesive curing process: see the diagram of change of self-adhesive direct welding paint base (omitted). 4) , the key to paint: the active group in the paint base must be adjusted properly, if the content of carbamate is insufficient, the direct welding is not good;Hydroxyl content is insufficient, self-adhesive is not good;Therefore, the OH: -NCO in the paint base is generally controlled in the range of 1:0.4 ~ 1:0.85.
