Polyester resin, in order to ensure both self-adhesive direct welding, but also has a certain physical, mechanical and electrical insulation properties, in the introduction of ether chain in the polyester molecule, so that the molecular chain has flexibility, and control of the resin has a certain hydroxyl, so that crosslinking curing, can make the resin heat resistance grade accordingly improved.But the resistance of polyester paint heat impact performance is poorer, and in airtight oil, polyester resin is very fast aging, decomposition, the defect of these properties limited the application range of polyester resin.To expand the scope of use of polyester resin, so the modified polyester, its heat resistance and other performance has been greatly improved, such as BDZ-M and APB two kinds of enamelized line, its primer insulation layer is three (2- hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate ester (THEIC) modified polyester, intermediate layer is polyamide imide, outer layer is self adhesive polyester.The bottom coating THEIC modified polyester has high heat resistance, thermoplastic flow resistance, and superior adhesion and flexibility;Polyamideimide intermediate coating has good heat shock resistance, moisture resistance, scratch resistance and chemical resistance;The outer coating is self-adhesive modified polyester to make the whole winding turn and turn between the firm adhesion, do not need to use the method of dipping or heating treatment.
Copper clad aluminum is more malleable than copper wire, and it does not produce insulating oxides like aluminum, so it is easier to process and has better conductivity.
