220℃ Self Bonding Copper Enamelled Round Wire Winding Wire
The structure of ordinary enameled wire is very simple, consisting of bare wire and insulated paint film.More commonly used in the market is polyester, polyester imide, polyurethane, polyamide imide and so on.And these are basically through the coated wire wound into a coil and then through the dip coated adhesive resin so that each turn of the wire bond together.The process is more complex, cumbersome, and for the environment is also a great pollution.As the name implies, self-viscosity is a very simple bonding process.The self-adhesive coating is bonded to each other by baking or direct electric heating (or by means of appropriate solvent) through the coil, and can be fixed after cooling.
