Self Bonding Coated Copper Round Wire For High Frequency Transformer Compact Struture UL Standard
High Tension Wire: High tension wire is a copper alloy self-bonded enamelled wire specially designed for applications with high mechanical properties. The model names are DHT, SDHT, UDHT. For applications with high requirements for bending resistance and reliability. High tension wire has higher tension resistance, higher reliability, higher electrical conductivity, and better bending resistance than lacquered copper wire.
Features:
1, tensile strength is 20-90% higher than enameled copper wire, suitable for high-speed winding, welding foot is not easy to break the wire.
2. Electrical conductivity >77%.
3. The basic insulating layer, self-adhesive layer and lacquered copper wire are the same.
4. Straight welding performance is the same as lacquered copper wire.
Application:
