The HBAIW circular wire is a double layer paint film structure. The basic insulation layer is heat resistant grade 220 in polyamide imide material, and the surface self-adhesive layer is polyamide material.
Specification range: from 0.03mm to 0.95mm (AWG 46 to AWG 18.5)
Bonding mode: hot melt
Bonding conditions: 150~180°C
Softening temperature: 140~150°C
