The use of high heat resistance electromagnetic wire and the corresponding insulation system can not only make the electrical products adapt to higher working temperature, but also have better safety, reliability and longer service life.High heat resistance polyester imide and polyamide-imide composite polyester or polyester imide enamel-coated wire can meet the requirements of IEC 317-8, 317-42 and NEMA MW30, MW72 or MW74 standards, is a kind of heat resistance to 200-220 level and balanced comprehensive performance of the enamel-coated wire, its temperature index can reach 220-240℃,The softening breakdown temperature is 360-420℃, the heat shock 1d winding non-cracking temperature is 220-240℃, and the medium loss steep rise temperature can reach 200-220℃.Used as winding wires for high temperature resistant motors, transformers and electronic components.
